Meet our Founder

Yamandhu Marang.

My name is Korindah Randall and I am the founder and owner of Link2Nation.

Korindah Randall. Founder and owner of Link2Nation Pty Ltd

"As a proud Wiradjuri descendant and an Indigenous Australian business owner and consultant, my professional journey is deeply intertwined with my rich heritage.

My heartfelt commitment to bridging the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses has driven me for over two decades.

During this time, I've earnestly explored the unique challenges within the Indigenous business landscape, advocating for collaboration, mutual respect, and the amplification of Indigenous perspectives across diverse sectors.

Focusing on creating equitable opportunities, my endeavours aim to spotlight the significant contributions of Indigenous entrepreneurship.

Guided by principles of cultural sensitivity and empowerment, my philosophy is dedicated to cultivating a more inclusive and diverse Australian business ecosystem—

one that truly values and embraces the richness of Indigenous perspectives".

Korindah's own journey, rooted in her Wiradjuri heritage and shaped by her father's 'Stolen Generation' experience, showcases a profound dedication to preserving traditions for future generations.

From immersing herself in studying Wiradjuri Language with Uncle Stan Grant (senior) to impactful collaborations across education, government, and non-profit sectors, Korindah has devoted over two decades to uplifting First Nation Communities.

In her words, "A common query I encounter from employers is about building bridges with the Community." Motivated by the belief that there's no one-size-fits-all solution, she founded Link2Nation—a conduit seamlessly connecting employers with the community.

Join Korindah and Link2Nation on this heartfelt journey of connection. Together, let's ensure a harmonious integration between your business and First Nation Communities, paving the way for shared success.
